Oppf\u00f8lging skal bygge tillit og sikre at kunden forst\u00e5r og er forn\u00f8yd med produktene du solgte. Ender det i tilleggssalg er det selvf\u00f8lgelig bra, men ta det som en eventuell bonus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Derfor skal du v\u00e6re tydelig overfor deg selv. Ha et klart m\u00e5l for samtalen og sett deg gjerne i kundens sted. Hva skal kunden f\u00e5 ut av samtalen med deg?
