Ikke overraskende forklarer lovteksten, hvordan prisen skal kommuniseres og annet som b\u00f8r v\u00e6re klart og tydelig, n\u00e5r man ikke selger fra fast kontoradresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2014 Alts\u00e5 direktesalg, sier Kun\u00f8e. Han f\u00f8lger opp med \u00e5 understreke at dersom selgeren ikke har v\u00e6rt n\u00f8ye og fulgt lovens regler ligger vedkommende tynt an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Et eksempel er at dersom angrefristen ikke er nevnt i kj\u00f8psdokumentet, blir 14 dagers angrerett omgjort til 12 m\u00e5neders angrerett! Det er viktig at angreskjemaet gis fra selger til kunden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abonnementer som er ulovlige<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Abonnementer kan sees p\u00e5 som en \u00absmart\u00bb salgsm\u00e5te, fordi det sikrer forutsigbare inntekter en periode fremover. Hvordan kan det g\u00e5 til, at man som selger skriver kriminelle ting til sine kunder, sp\u00f8r han.
